Can I book a photo shoot with you?

Where are you located?

 
I am currently based out of Reno, NV. However I travel to shoot often.
 

So… how does it work?

 
The fee includes your photo shoot and a certain number of finished images. I usually shoot in studio and sometimes outdoors if the weather/time is appropriate. You bring your favorite outfits (I can help  you pick them out!) and if I have wardrobe that works for the theme of  the shoot I will bring that as well.
 
The  best “digitally airbrushed” finished images will be made available to  you for print or digital download through our online print ordering system.
 

What if I want more photos than my package?

 
We will keep your best shots from the shoot for up to one year. If you would like to receive additional photos at a later time there is a fee per image that varies by package.
 

Can I bring a friend to the shoot?


Sure! It’s always good to have some moral support.

I always require models under the age of 18 to bring a parent or guardian with them.  

If you would like to take a photo with your friend in it there is an additional fee that varies by package selected. Please make arrangements to "add a friend" in advance.

How will I receive my images?


You receive only the best “digitally airbrushed” finished images  available through the online ordering system. High quality professional  prints are available in a variety of sizes, including large canvas and  framed prints.

How long with it take?

 
Processing usually takes 4-6 weeks. If you need photos faster I can sometimes accept a rush fee to meet your deadline.
 

This other photographer gave me all of the photos from their photo shoot, will you do that?

 

No.

 

What are your terms and conditions?

Clayton Beck Creative terms and conditions for all services are as follows:
 
BOOKING FEE
A  NON-REFUNDABLE fee is required at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment. Payment may be paid by cash or credit via paypal. The recommended deposit is 50%, however installment payments and smaller deposit options are available. Please reach out to arrange for additional financing options. 
 
Payment may be paid by Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Paypal, with credit card and cash options available by special arrangement.
 
PAYMENT
Payment for all items ordered must be made at the time of the photo shoot. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
 
RETOUCHING
The client understands that they are paying for the “retouched,”  processed in a digital darkroom, images. The Photographer will not  provide all photographs taken during the photo session.
 
CREATIVE LICENSE
The Photographer shall be granted creative and artistic license in  relation to the choice of locations, poses, and retouching used.  The Photographer’s judgment on photographic style and the number of  photographs taken shall be deemed correct. Some photographs may not be  possible due to changes of the weather and the availability and  willingness of subjects. The Photographer will do their best to honor  requested photographs but do not undertake to guarantee any specific  picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group  arrangement.
 
CANCELLATION
If the Client cancels the appointment the booking fee WILL NOT be refunded.
 
POSTPONEMENT
Should the canceled appointment turn out to be a postponement, then,  subject to The Photographer’s availability, all monies paid may be  applied to the new appointment. In this case, the total fees chargeable  shall be the fee which applies at that time.
POSTPONEMENT DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER
If the appointment has to be canceled by The Photographer due to adverse  weather conditions a new, mutually agreed appointment will be made.  There are no refunds.
 
POSTPONEMENT DUE TO ADVERSE SITUATIONS
If  an appointment has to be canceled or postponed by The Photographer due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, incapacitation, vehicle issues, traffic issues, personal emergency, safety concerns, or acts of  god, a new mutually agreed appointment will be made. There are no refunds.
 
COPYRIGHT
As standard practice Clayton Beck reserves the right to publish and reproduce all images on any  medium at any time. No additional compensation will be dispersed for use  of images in print, digital, advertising, promotional, or any other use  of images without an otherwise binding agreement in writing.  If your photo project is private or otherwise confidential please inform  us at the time of booking so separate privacy and usage agreements can  be made prior to beginning your project. 
 
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Please address any complaints to The Photographer by email or telephone  as per our contact details. We will do our best to respond to any  complaint within 2 working days of receipt.
 
PRIVACY
The Photographer will store your name and address details on a private  internal database. These details will not be made available to third  parties. Should you wish to have your details removed from our database,  please advise us in writing.
